Private Sessions

One hour of challenging one-on-one instruction, tailored exclusively to your goals and needs. Each session incorporates apparatus and mat work to achieve a full-body workout. Experience pilates as it was meant to be learned, without the distractions of crowded classes and noisy environments.

Due to the individual nature of their conditions, beginners, pre- and postnatal women, and anyone seeking pain management or rehabilitating from injury or illness are strongly recommended to choose private sessions over duets.

 

Duets

One hour of focused instruction, shared with the partner of your choice. Each session incorporates apparatus and mat work to provide an intense workout with the added motivation and support that comes from training with a friend.

Great for couples, work buddies, mother/daughter outings, and more!
