Lisa is the first Pilates instructor I've had, but I can't imagine ever finding a better one. I can't afford one-on-one classes on a regular basis, so I was hoping to learn techniques I could use in mat classes or videos at home. I am a golfer. I came to Lisa looking to accomplish specific performance goals, however, I had reservations about Pilates based upon prior experiences. In our first session, Lisa dispelled my doubts and it was her ability to listen that made me know that she was the right instructor for me.
-- Lisa is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She keeps our sessions interesting and helps me to understand the biomechanics behind our workouts. The results of our sessions are clear: I am hitting the ball further and with more consistency. Those bad shots are not as terrible as they used to be and it shows in my scores.
